A local favorite among Seattle's food trucks, The Fork & Fin wanted to bring their bold-flavored breaded appetizers to a nationwide audience. Freezer case packaging designed for Walmart and Target needed to play off the established design cues of the food truck, while showcasing these new whimsical appetizers.

The Fork & Fin food truck believes that Wild Alaska Pollock, the most abundant certified-sustainable seafood species, is too often over-looked. They wanted to bring this message to retail shelves, along with their unique bold flavors.
